I represent a private source of investment funding based in Australia that offers long term investments. (20 or 25 years)
The starting base for these investments is $100 Million and above, with funding into the billions possible.
We are particularly interested in investments around infrastructure projects. Roads, Buildings, Public facilities, biomass, energy production, water production, but will consider others on a case by case basis.
To qualify as an investment candidate, the project must be supported by a body that holds a Standard and Poor’s rating of BBB or above (Moody’s Baa2). We will consider other projects for investment, but will require solid evidence of such things as long term PPA’s, long term land ownership, support from solid corporations, solid evidence of long term locked in sales already secured. (please do not make contact unless the opportunity meets these requirements)
Other details around this investment potential. 1. It is offered truly in the long term (20 to 25 years) 2. As passive investors, we do not require a seat on the board of any venture, nor any controlling interest over the project. 3. We have term sheets and “off the shelf” paper work ready for quick (more detailed) qualification of your project. 4. We can provide other services to the right projects, especially around Biomass, Energy generation project and clean water systems). 5. Your project must be supported by a Triple B or above entity and/or carry long term sales contracts (PPA’s and other similar evidentiary materials). 6. Signing NDA’s causes us no concern if warranted. If your project qualifies please make contact to discuss. This is a serious offer, interested parties only with qualifying projects, please respond.
